The Building Act 2004 introduces a new framework for regulating building work, establishes a licensing regime for building practitioners, and will mean clearer performance standards for buildings. The Act states that every education provider requires a Compliance Schedule. This states the specified systems contained in the building and notes where the compliance schedule is kept. A compliance schedule is issued on Form 10 of the Building (Forms) Regulations 2004 by the territorial authority.

There are 2 parts to the Compliance Schedule that Building Compliance NZL will complete on your behalf.

1. Building Warrant of Fitness (BWoF)
2. Fire Evacuation Scheme
